I want you to know what a terrific job your crew did in taking down our old deck and installing the new one. Justin and Nathan led the way, and they couldn’t have been more professional. They were quiet when working, polite when conversing with me, and our untrained eyes think they did a stellar job.
I know you replaced a lot of wood that had rotted, etc., and I thank you for that. Also, thank you so much for agreeing to come back and paint the stairs and other wood surfaces.
Brad Crawford has also done a great job in setting the stage and keeping us abreast of the progress along the way. He always answered my emails and telephone calls right away. Communication is key when work is done to one’s home, and your guys were on top of it.
I imagine that Skyline is the most expensive firm in town to install decks, and for the good reason that I am certain you are the best. Thanks again Dave!
